These weekends rando-sophro combine slow and silent walking with
sophrology.
Catherine Lelièvre, the sophrologist, will be present during
the whole weekend. She will introduce you into sophrology, lead
the exercises and guide you during the weekend. Catherine speaks
English and is willing to work on an English version of her exercises
if in demand.
Your mountain guide, Alain Pons, is the organiser of the weekends;
he will be equally present during the whole of the weekend to take
care of you, to guarantee your well-being and guide you during the
hiking. (Alain does not speak English, but as the walking is done
in silence, this will not be a problem).

Programme:
Friday: Arrival at the Auberge around 18h00, installation
in the rooms and discovery of the surroundings, introduction of
the weekend. Dinner will be served around 20h00.

depending on the weather conditions. Dinner at 19h30 and you’ll
be free in the evening.
