The restaurant is open

- for our room guests, please book in advance.

- for groups of at least 15 persons. We organise weddings, birthday parties, communions, etc. Please contact us for more details, the menus and the prices.

- we will serve light evening meals (quiches, tartlets, salads, soups) in July and August all evenings except Monday evening.

In our kitchen we integrate different cultures into our menus and in the way of presentation. A touch of exoticism is combined with quality ingredients from local producers in the region.

The decoration in the restaurant equally displays this mixture of cultures.

Vegetarian menus and new: 100% biological

You can eat vegetarian at Auberge Les Liards. During the light evening meals in July and August, there are always some vegetarian dishes available. If you want to eat vegetarian when you come as a room guest, please tell us at least one day in advance.

More and more we are working with biological products, especially from local producers, in order to guarantee quality. Especially for the vegetarian menu we try and use as much biological products as available. However, if you want to eat 100% biological (also possible with meat), please tell us at least two days in advance (please note that 3 euro will be added to the price of your menu).

We also try and use more fair trade products, in order to help to improve the world in our very modest way.

Our restaurant can accept up to 55 people.

Café / bar / tea room

The café / bar / tea room is open, from 15h00 onwards, on Sundays throughout the year and
everyday except Monday during the months of July and August.
We serve home-baked cakes and tartlets, crêpes and drinks.

Cocktail hour in July and August

Imagine yourself sitting on our terrace, watching the sunset behind the volcano range, nipping from one of the special cocktails of the Auberge Les Liards... Paradise feels close!
Some examples of the "apéro maison":

“kir maison” (with elderberry-flower syrup or bramble syrup), lemon wine, punch and cocktails with poetic names like "a bit misty (peu brumeux), "passion" or "sunset" (coucher de soleil).

Without alcohol

Kiwi or strawberry cocktail, the refreshing “Bois de Liards” (orange juice and mint) or punch (!).
