Advance payment

We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total sum of your booking with a minimum of one night fee. We will calculate this amount and inform you together with the first confirmation of your booking. Please tick your mode of payment

Your booking will be confirmed definitely upon payment of this deposit.
In case of cancellation: the deposit will be paid back (minus bank and administration costs) if cancelling is done more than one month before the booked date or if we were able to find other occupants.
