How about following the African rhythms, dancing them, clicking them? In an idyllic natural place, watching over volcanoes? In 2006 again, African dance and percussion sessions will be on the programme during a weekend at Auberge Les Liards. Marie-Hélène will be your teacher for the dancing, Assane Kane for the percussion. Together they will let you (re-)discover the African rhythms. The dancing and percussion sessions will take place in the open air, just like in Africa!

Assane Kane, from Sénégal, percussionist, specialist of the Dum-Dum, member of the Guinean Ballet Batapon, organises and leads training in traditional percussion of West Africa (Sabar, Djembé, ...).
Marie-Hélène Kane, dancer and choreographer, has been training people in African dance in the Auvergne for years, accompanied by her percussionists.
